ナース専科転職からの電話の要件は登録確認です。会員登録すると、本人確認の電話がかかってきて、それに対応して初めて登録が完了となります。サイトに情報を入力しただけではまだ仮登録の状態なので、放置すると基本的に何度も着信があります。
ちなみに以下のような「もっと詳細の情報を見る」のような画面でも、進んでいくと会員登録扱いになります。そのため「求人を見たかっただけなのに登録されていた」というケースもあり得ます。

ナース人材バンク（昔の名前）時代に利用したことがある方への着信の場合、就業状況の確認です。「最近の仕事はどうですか？転職する予定はないですか？」といった内容で、簡単にいうと「営業電話」です。口コミによると「転職の予定はない」と回答しても、別の番号（別の担当者）から同じような電話がくることもあるようで、少々厄介ですね。

ナース専科転職とは別で、ナース専科という看護師向け情報サイトがあります。そちらを使った方にも、連絡がくるケースがあるようです。どちらも同じ企業が運営しています。

ナース専科の記事が見たくて登録をしていたら、「めずらしい求人が出ました」というメールがきて、ナース専科からのメールだったから簡単なアンケートに答えたら、ナース人材バンクというところの登録が完了していた
悪質な迷惑電話の撃退法
社名・担当社名を聞く
悪質な営業電話は、社名やオペレーターの名前をハッキリと言わず、曖昧な状態で話を始めることがあります。例えば「ネット料金の見直しに興味はないですか？」のような切り口です。ここからセールストークに進んでいくという工程をたどります。ネット回線や投資、電力業者などによくある手法です。こういったセールスに誘導されないように、まずは「会社名と担当者のフルネーム」を聞き出すことが重要です。
電話の目的を最初に聞く
よくある営業の手法として、アンケートなど営業とは関係なさそうな話題を振ってくる電話があります。アンケートに答えていくうちにいつの間にか製品の営業や勧誘になっていくという流れです。また、家電購入後に製品の使用感の感想を知りたいといった雑談から入り、ウォーターサーバーやネット回線はいかがですか？という営業に話をスライドさせていくという手口もあります。なので、アンケートなどの名目で電話がかかってきた際には、その目的をハッキリと説明してもらうようにしてください。
特商法について知っておく
特商法（特定商取引法）では、消費者側が断っているにもかかわらず、業者が引き続き勧誘を続けたり、再度営業をかけることを禁止しています。つまり、一度でも「営業は結構です」と伝えれば、法律上、業者はそれ以上勧誘を続けることはできなくなるのです。営業電話がかかってきた際は「特商法に基づき、これ以上の営業をお断りします」と伝えれば、業者はそれ以上何もできません。（特商法に引っかかると業務停止処分などが下るケースもあるため）
2009年12月に特定商取引法が改正され、電話勧誘販売、もしくは訪問販売の場合、消費者が「いらない」「興味がない」とはっきりと勧誘を断っているにもかかわらず、業者が引き続き勧誘したり、再度勧誘してはいけないことになりました（再勧誘の禁止）。
この規定に反した場合は指示や業務停止命令の対象となります。しつこい業者には特定商取引法に反することを伝え、不要な勧誘はきっぱりと断るようにしましょう。
なお、特定商取引法に違反する業者については、消費者庁長官もしくは経済産業局長または都道府県知事に申出て、業者に適切な措置をとるよう求めることができます。特定商取引法に違反する業者を通知する方法については財団法人日本産業協会で案内を行っています。（引用：国民生活センター）
